If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime 24/7 365 day a year!
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 30-day notice before you move out.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.
How do I make a payment?
Credit and debit card payments can be made on our website or at our facility's automated kiosk 24/7 365 days a year. You can pay in person (Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM) or mail payments to our office located at 200 S. Lafayette. We accept cash, check or credit/debit card (no checks accepted for 1st month's rent). You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, cash, and check (after first month).
How do I know how much storage space I will need?

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Can I really access and rent units 24 seven 365 days a year?
Yes, our kiosk never sleeps! All it takes is a few minutes to get the security pass code that will allow you to access a unit 24/7 365 days a year!
What happens if there is a power outage, and how will I gain access to my storage unit and possessions? Will my items be at risk if stored in a climate control storage unit?
No, our facility is equipped with a state of the art back up generator that will kick in automatically in the event of a power failure. That means our facility will function normally with all electronic gates, kiosk, security cameras and climate controlled equipment functioning normally!
